Topic: Starting php-fpm: Segmentation fault

I have three identical virtual servers running Centos 6 and PHP from Remi repo. Only difference is that one of them is having PHP 5.3.14 and two of them is having 5.3.16. The two servers which are running 5.3.16 are having this problem with segmentation fault. 50% of the time when I restart php-fpm I get this error:

Starting php-fpm: /bin/bash: line 1:  5554 Segmentation fault      php-fpm

Aug 29 09:17:12 server kernel: php-fpm[5263]: segfault at 7fdf458994f0 ip 00007fdf5628db83 sp 00007fffad3865d0 error 4 in ld-2.12.so[7fdf5627f000+20000]

The number can vary there but otherwise it's the same error on these two servers with 5.3.16. With PHP 5.3.14 this doesn't happen. Any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix this?
